What are the steps in acquiring a customized figure?
1. Purchase a couple of our customized brick figures.
If you have any special requests at this step, please keep an eye out for our emails. We may request a second picture from you that depicts your special request. Reply with the picture in the attachment.
2. Reply to the confirmation email with the photos you would like to use to create the product, and any special requests.
If your image has any problems, we will be in contact with you to resolve these issues.
3. In 3 business days we'll email you with a proposed 3D render, confirm or reply with modifications that you would like. Beware that:
Confirmation alone will likely take an extra day
You have 1 chance of revision
Revisions take extra 2 business days
4. Item gets made in 3-5 business days and shipped.
Shipping time takes approximately 7 business days. At this point you will get a tracking number.
In steps 3, please respond ASAP in order to receive the order in a timely manner.
Please note that it takes a minimum of 5 days to create a custom figure, without counting any communication time. It is our goal to get this to you asap.
What do I do after I receive the figure?
The figure comes with QR codes inside each box. The QR codes link to a site with instructions. Scan the QR codes and build your memories. Enjoy!
What kind of photos turn out the best?
We recommend photos of you with your family, your pet and whatever objects you love. We highly recommend full body pictures and that you are dressed in clothing and objects that are more colorful, with more patterns.
Why are brand logos removed?
We are unable to manufacture anything that infringes on other's copyrights, therefore, all third party branding in the uploaded photos will not be included in the renders or the final product. In the future we hope to be able to work with other companies and include their brand in our products.
The only exception is if you are a company looking to purchase this product, in which case we can include your branding. Please include this information in your email.
What is the refund policy?
We guarantee the quality of the items purchased, so if there are any defects we will ship replacements, or refund your purchase. However, if you did not confirm your renders step 3 within 5 business days, or at step 3 you did not like any of the renders, we will refund 50% of your purchase price.
Since this is a tailor made product, all purchases (after step 3) are final. No refunds will be issued.
