Framed: Includes a full frame around the figures and a picture frame inside the frame.
Picture frame: A picture frame next to the figures.
Each set can include up to 4 Jegmo figures, and 3 pets.
Best Photos
Full body pictures and dressed in colorful clothing with more accessories. You can send multiple pictures to mix and match clothing. You can also send additional pictures of accessories to add to the figure (a hat that you like, but do not have pictures of you wearing it, etc).
Limitations: All logos and IP will be removed.
What to do
Reply to the confirmation email with your photos after purchase to start the process of making the customized figure.

5-8 days after manufacturing completes.

Since this is a customized figure our refund policy is as follows:
100% before design has started.
50% refund after design has started, but before manufacturing starts
No refund after manufacturing starts.
Privacy Guarantee
We delete your photos after we make your Jegmo figure, upon refund or cancellation, unless we receive written permission to use it from everybody in the photo.
